The WWE superstar had been working with injuries for weeks leading up to his showdown with Bobby Lashley at last week’s Money In The Bank pay-per-view. WWE Sami Zayn is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after shoulder surgery Zayn, real name Rami Sebei, went to get the damage checked out by doctors in Birmingham, Alabama, this week and went straight under the knife after the full extent of the damage was uncovered. The 33-year-old told to WWE.com: “I just underwent surgery for my right shoulder, a.k.a. my good shoulder. So, I’m out for a little while with that. “I guess people don’t know about this injury; I’ve been working with it for some time.
