Can I append tab characters to a text file using the Windows command line?

Can I append tab characters to a text file using the Windows command line? What I'm trying to do is take a string, such as: One[TAB]Two[TAB]Three[TAB]Four And append it to the end of a pre-existing text file. I'm on a Windows 10 machine using the command line. I've found a solution for power shell (`T), but I can't find anything that will work for the command line. I've tried /t, I've tried setting variables, I've tried a variety of single or double quotes. The base command I've been using is: echo [MAGIC] >> diff.txt Any help or ideas are appreciated.
