15th July 2018, 6:41 pm == MAIN EDITION, who was very badly hampered in the Duchess of Cambridge Stakes last week, will attempt to get back to winning ways in the Lowther Stakes next month. The two-year-old was successful at Royal Ascot and will bid to add a Group 2 to her haul. Reuters Main Edition was a game winner of the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot Mark Johnston's filly was sent off favourite to maintain her unbeaten record at Newmarket last week, but lost all chance when she suffered interference at a crucial point. Making a run up the near side of the course, she was badly hampered by Frankie Dettori and  Angel's Hideaway , who zigzagged across from the middle of the track to cut her off. The rider received a ten-day ban for the incident, and although  Main Edition  was being pushed along at the time, it certainly gave her no chance of winning.
