ROLL UP, roll up...Love Island is back on our screens for the next eight weeks.
Laura Anderson is one of the Islanders looking for some fun in the sun, and was once "engaged" to former Welsh rugby pro Michael Poole. But who exactly is he, and who did he play for?

Who is Michael Poole?
Poole, 32, played wing for Newport and Llanelli but retired in 2013 after suffering a neck injury.
In the 2008/09 season, Poole was the top scorer in the Principality Premiership for Newport, crossing over 19 times.
He has since excelled as a fitness coach, sharing work-out snaps on his Instagram where he reveals he was Dubai Male personal trainer of the year 2017.

The Sun Online revealed that Laura enjoyed a whirlwind romance with Poole, but was heartbroken when they split up shortly after she showed off a ring on her wedding finger.
Laura went Instagram official with former Ulster and Scarlets player Michael in October 2015, posting loved-up shots of the pair at friend’s weddings and on days out in Dubai, where Laura lives.

But just three months later, Laura was back in the gym without her 'engagement' ring – or Michael.
He didn’t appear on her social media again – but Laura hinted she was miserable it didn't work out in several mournful posts.
“Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward,” read on quote.

She is appearing on the fourth series of Love Island vying to up the glamour stakes this year.
She used to go by the name Missy Love and Love Island producers privately described her as a “nightmare” ahead of the latest series.
